Privacy Policy — version history

The current Privacy Policy always shows its version and effective date at the top. This page lists every version we have published, the period each one applied, and a link to its full text as published.

We keep superseded versions online, unchanged, so you can always read the policy that applied to you at a given time.

Versions published before 1 August 2026 are available on request — email privacy@urbanpulse.com.au and tell us the date you need, and we will send you the text that applied then.

How we change this policy

When we change the policy we update its version number and effective date, and we describe the change in Section 13 of the policy itself.

For a material change to what we do — new information we collect, a new recipient we share it with, or a change to your rights — we give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app notice before the new version takes effect.

Where a change only corrects or clarifies the description of something we already do, and does not change what we do, we publish it straight away. Holding a correction back would leave the published policy inaccurate for longer, which helps nobody. Section 13 of each version says which kind of change it was.
