Payments & Finance is not a product you can use on Urban Pulse. It is not in beta, it is not in early access, and there is no date. If you want to hear about it when there's something to hear, register your interest on this page. That is the whole of what happens: nothing is created, nothing changes on your account, nobody is charged. What you can use today is the rest of the platform, which is Properties, Planning, Marketplace, Send & Sign and Project Management. There is no escrow on Urban Pulse, no cash-out, and no finance or insurance product of any kind.

Card payment on a signed document

People read this as finance, so it's worth saying plainly. Where the sender has put an amount on a document going through Send & Sign, the recipient can pay by card on that page after they sign, with GST shown in the total. That is Send & Sign doing its job. It is not a finance product, and it is not what this page is about.

This is not the waitlist. It's a narrower thing: it records that Payments & Finance is the part you are waiting on, and nothing else.

Questions people ask about this

Can I use Payments & Finance on Urban Pulse?
No, and there is no date for one. What you can do on this page is register your interest, which records what you're waiting on. Nothing is created, nothing is charged, no plan changes, and there's no queue you're joining a place in.
Is there escrow on Urban Pulse?
No. There is no escrow anywhere on the platform and no funds are held on anybody's behalf. Milestones and retention are modelled inside Project Management, so you can read the state of a claim and what's being held. None of that moves money. A release is authorised by a person.
My client paid me by card on a signed document. What was that?
That was Send & Sign. When a sender puts an amount on a document, the recipient can pay by card on the signing page after they sign, with GST shown in the total. It's part of getting a document signed rather than a finance product, and nothing on this page affects it.
Is registering my interest the same as joining the waitlist?
No, and they are kept apart deliberately. The waitlist is the platform-wide list for hearing when there's an account to open. This page does one narrower thing: it records that Payments & Finance is the part you are waiting on. Neither one touches your account or your billing.

Urban Pulse is an Australian construction platform: site intelligence, town planning, contractor marketplace, Send & Sign, and project management in one workspace.

These products are not yet available and require partner licensing. Urban Pulse will provide them under an Australian Financial Services Licence partnership. No pricing, rates or timelines are shown until that is in place. This is not an offer of any financial product.
