All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay.
Upgrade any time and your new plan starts straight away, with the difference for the rest of your billing period charged at the same time. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date, with no part refunds.

Founding rates are planned for the first 250 organisations on Planning Pro or Urban Pulse Pro, monthly or annual, and plans are at the list rate after that. Places are confirmed when checkout completes. Joining the waitlist or creating an account does not reserve one.
You lodge it, and you stay the applicant. On Planning Pro, Planning builds your planning pack for you to review and lodge, and includes a list of the documents to attach, shaped by the mapped overlays on the site (for NSW, separate lists for a development application and a complying development certificate), naming any layer we could not check and marking each document attached or not started. You lodge it yourself, or bring in a town planner through Marketplace to help. The decision on approval sits with the council or the relevant authority.
