Two rules govern every page on this site. We never say you can use something unless you actually can, today. And the one part still on the way gets no date, only its place in the order, so you always know where each piece stands. Send & Sign, Planning, Projects and the Trade Marketplace are open to use now. Payments & Finance is the one pillar still to come, and it opens when its licensing work is done.

A founder who uses it on real jobs

Urban Pulse was founded by Mike Burford, who also owns AusDilaps, an independent dilapidation reporting business. That matters for one reason: the documents on this network are not demo data. Condition reports on the properties adjoining and surrounding construction works, captured before and after the job, are branded, sent, signed and paid through Urban Pulse every week, on real jobs, for real clients. The product gets built, then it gets used the same week, and what does not hold up on a real job gets fixed.
