Why we built it

The people on a job usually do their part well. It's the paperwork that lets them down. A variation goes out as a PDF and someone spends a week chasing it. A job finishes and a month later everyone is still waiting on an invoice that was printed, signed, scanned and lost. We're fixing that, one document at a time.

They follow the order a job runs. Check the block in Properties before you commit. On Planning Pro, Planning builds the planning pack for you to review and lodge, with the documents your site's overlays call for. Pricing has the full detail. On a paid plan, get quotes from trades in Marketplace, compare them side by side and award the job. Send the contract for signature with Send & Sign. Then run the job in Project Management: programme, variations, defects and daily log. Payments & Finance sits on the same record and tracks the contract value, claims and milestones. It keeps the record. We don't hold or move money, and there's no lending and no insurance product of any kind.

We use it on live jobs ourselves

Send & Sign carries real condition reports on live jobs. Reports on the properties next to construction work go out before the work starts and again when it finishes, and get signed on a phone at the gate. When something doesn't hold up out there, we fix it.
