Send & Sign

Get the document read and signed.

Send a quote, contract, variation or report. Your client opens a private link, reads it and signs on that same page, with no account to create and nothing to install. If you put an amount on the document, they can pay by card there too, straight after they sign.

Value from job one. One link, and no project setup.
how it works

Send. Sign. Done.

Three steps, and nothing new for the other side to learn. You send, they sign and pay, the document is logged. That is the whole flow.

Upload and send

Drop in your quote, contract, variation or report. Place a signature field in seconds, and the link lands with your business name on it.

They read and sign

Your client opens the link, reads the document and signs from any phone or laptop. No account, no app, no password to reset. When card payment is asked for, they pay on the same page.

Signed, paid and logged

The moment it is signed, the document is logged against the job with the time it happened. If you put an amount on it, the card payment is collected on that same page and the amount is ready to post to your books.

the toolkit

Everything you need to get the yes.

A signing tool only earns its keep if the other side actually signs and pays. Here is what it does for you.

Smart extraction

Upload your document and we read it for you, surfacing the amount and the key details so you can place a signature field and send in seconds.

Your name on it

The document carries your business name and a monogram. It does not carry your logo, there is no logo upload, and the signing page itself carries the Urban Pulse wordmark.

Sent · Opened · Signed · Paid

You know the moment each step happens. Stop guessing whether it landed and stop chasing the read receipt by phone.

A time-stamped record

Consent is captured up front, and every step is time-stamped against the document: when it was sent, when it was opened, and when it was signed.

Card payment, if you asked for one

If you put an amount on the document before you send it, your client can pay by card on that same page, straight after they sign. GST is shown in the total and they get a tax invoice. If there is no amount on it, nothing is owed and no card step appears.

Books kept in sync

Connect Xero or MYOB and the payment is ready to post as a journal. Your accounts stay current without the double entry.

in the field

Proven on real documents

The documents that run through Send & Sign include real condition reports on live jobs, not demo data. Reports on the properties adjoining and surrounding construction work go out before works start and again once they finish, and are signed off from the owner's phone with a time-stamped record on every one.

the questions we get

Sending and signing, answered

Is this the whole of Urban Pulse?

No. Send & Sign is one of five jobs on the platform. Properties reads a site, Planning assembles a development application pack the customer lodges, Marketplace runs invitation-only quoting and awarding, and Project Management holds the record of the work. This page describes the document part of it.

What can I send?

Quotes, contracts, variations and reports: whatever the job produces that needs a name against it. A small variation and a head contract go the same way, so there is no separate process to learn for either. You set out what the document is and who it is for, then send it.

Does my client need an account?

No. They get a private link, open it in a browser, read the document and sign on the same page. There is nothing to install and no password to reset before they can read what you sent. Creating an Urban Pulse account afterwards is offered, and nothing about the document depends on it.

When can my client pay by card?

When you put an amount on the document before you send it. They can then pay by card on that same page, straight after they sign, with GST shown in the total and a tax invoice issued. If there is no amount on it, nothing is owed and no card step appears.

Whose branding is on it?

The document carries your business name and a monogram. There is no logo upload, so no logo appears anywhere on it. The signing page itself carries the Urban Pulse wordmark. Your client sees who sent them the document, on the document, which is the part that matters to them.

Send your first document today.

Upload it, drop a signature field, send the link. Your client reads it and signs on that page, and pays by card there if you put an amount on it.

Urban Pulse is an Australian construction platform: site intelligence, town planning, contractor marketplace, Send & Sign, and project management in one workspace.
