Reports on the properties adjoining and surrounding construction work go out before works start and again once they finish, and are signed off from the owner's phone with a time-stamped record on every one.

Does my client need an account?
No. They get a private link and open it in a browser, with nothing to install and no password. Sent to sign, they read the document and sign on the same page. Sent to view, they can read it and download it, with nothing to sign.
Can my client pay by card?
Card payment on the signing page is coming soon. Until then, your client signs on the page and settles with you the way they do now.
