Your documents, on the record.
Construction documents carry money and obligations, so we treat every one like it might be read out in a dispute. Here is exactly what happens to a document on Urban Pulse, in plain words.
Scanned before delivery
Every uploaded file is virus-scanned before a recipient can open it. A file that fails the scan never reaches the other side.
Every step timestamped
Sent, opened, signed, paid: each step is written to a permanent record as it happens, and both sides keep the same version of events.
Access checked on every view
A document link is personal to its recipient and verified each time it is opened. Your letterhead and your content stay yours.
Security, in plain words
If your question is not here, ask us and a person will answer by the next business day.
Where is my data kept?
Our core systems run in Australia, and a small number of named providers process specific functions overseas, like email delivery. The Privacy Policy lists every provider, what it does and where it operates, and we keep that list current.
Who can see my documents?
The people you send them to. A document link is personal to its recipient, and access is checked on every view. Our staff do not browse customer documents; operational alerts are designed to carry no personal information.
Are electronic signatures legally valid?
Electronic signatures are recognised under Australian law for most business documents. Every signature on Urban Pulse carries a timestamped record of who signed, when, and what version of the document they saw, kept for both sides.
What happens when I get paid through Urban Pulse?
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a global payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. Receipts show GST where it applies. Urban Pulse is the rail for the document and the payment record, and the money settles to you.
How do I raise a privacy concern?
Email privacy@urbanpulse.com.au and a person will respond. The Privacy Policy sets out the complaint process, including escalation to the OAIC if you are not satisfied with our answer.
