Three things it does, on made-up numbers
None of this is anybody's real job. The names, the addresses and the dollars are invented, and every card below says so. What's real is the shape of it: a drawing comes back priced, a question about a job comes back with the records behind the answer, and the weekly client update turns up already written. You still read it. You still send it. Nothing here goes anywhere on its own.

Your takeoff is ready
Upload the plan and the quantities come back priced, line by line. Anything the drawing doesn't actually support is left blank rather than guessed at, because a confident wrong number costs more than a gap.
