Pulse
Pulse sits in your Urban Pulse workspace and answers plain questions about the work you run: which jobs are behind, which documents are still waiting on the client, where a job is up to. You get a short answer and the list of records it came from, so you can check it for yourself.
ExampleEverything below is an example. The jobs, names and dates are made up, so you can see how Pulse answers before you sign in.
Across your jobs
ExampleTwo jobs have something behind. Banksia Lane is furthest back [1]: the frame inspection was due on 12 September and has not been reached [2], and roof sheeting has run past its due date [3]. Coral Street has one late task and one open RFI [4]: the window delivery is overdue [5] and the stair balustrade RFI is still waiting on an answer [6].

Across your documents
ExampleTwo documents are still waiting on the client. The kitchen joinery variation for Banksia Lane went on 22 September and has been opened, but not signed [1]. The Coral Street handover checklist went on 24 September and has not been opened [2].

When it is a call for a person
ExampleThat one is better handled by a person. Urban Pulse can show you where your projects stand, but it does not advise on money, legal or planning decisions. Contact support@urbanpulse.com.au for help with this.
Pulse does not advise on money, legal or planning decisions. It tells you where things stand, and you decide what to do next.
Pulse reads the jobs your organisation runs on Urban Pulse. It has no way to ask for another company’s records.
Each answer points to the records it uses.
Ask about a job it cannot find and Pulse says so, then names the jobs it can see so you can pick the right one.
Pulse looks things up. You make the changes yourself: editing a job, sending a document, paying someone.
Urban Pulse Pro carries Project Management, Send & Sign and Planning in one plan, and Pulse reads across the jobs you run there.
