Urban Pulse · Send & Sign

Someone sent you a document

A builder, trade or consultant used Urban Pulse to send it to you. Reading and signing it is free, and you don't need an account. The link in your email was made for you and works without a password, so please don't share it.

What happens when you open it

  1. You read the document itself. The page carries the trading name of the business that sent it, or the Urban Pulse wordmark.
  2. If it needs signing, you sign on the page, from a phone or a laptop. Nothing to install.
  3. Card payment on the same page, with the amount and GST shown before you pay, is coming soon.
  4. Opened and signed: each step is timestamped as it happens, on the document's own record.

Check it is genuine

Check the sender. The page carries the trading name of the business that sent it. If you weren't expecting it, ring them before you sign anything, on a number you found yourself. Your link is personal, so there's no reason to forward it to anybody.

Fair questions

Do I need an account?

No. The link opens the document, with no account and nothing to install. If it was sent for signing, you read it and sign on the same page. If it was sent for you to view, you can read it and download it, with nothing to sign.

Who we are

Urban Pulse is an Australian construction platform: check what a site allows, build the planning pack, get quotes from trades, send contracts and reports for signing, and run the build. Payments & Finance is coming soon. Builders, trades and consultants use it to get their quotes, contracts, variations and reports signed. If you send documents for your own work, you can see how it works. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
