Urban Pulse · Send & Sign
Someone sent you a document
A builder, trade or consultant used Urban Pulse to send it to you. You can read it, sign it and keep your own copy, free, with no account. This page explains what to expect.
What happens when you open it
- You read the real document, on the sender's letterhead.
- If it needs your signature, you sign on the page, from any phone or computer.
- If a payment is requested, the amount is shown before you pay, and you pay by card on the same page.
- You download your copy, and both sides keep the same timestamped record.
Fair questions
Do I need an account?
No. The link you were sent opens the document, and you can read it, sign it and download your copy without creating anything.
Does it cost me anything?
No. Reading, signing and keeping your copy are free for the person receiving a document. If a payment is requested, the amount is shown clearly before you pay, and you pay by card on the same page.
Is my signature legally binding?
Electronic signatures are recognised under Australian law for most business documents. Every step is timestamped, and both you and the sender keep the same record of what was signed and when.
How do I know it is genuine?
Check the sender. The page shows the name and business of the person who sent it, and the document itself is theirs, on their letterhead. If you were not expecting it, contact the sender directly before signing. Your link is personal; there is no need to forward it.
What happens to my details?
Your name, signature and the record of the document are kept so both sides have proof of what was agreed. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
Who we are
Urban Pulse is an Australian construction network. Builders, trades and consultants use it to get their quotes, contracts and reports signed and paid. If you send documents for your own work, you can see how it works. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
