refer someone across

Bring someone across and earn on it

You already tell people what you use. This is what you get for it. Refer a builder, trade, consultant or developer to Urban Pulse, and when they start paying you earn 25% of what they pay for twelve months, as credit on your own account. There is one rate and there is nothing to climb. The credit shows up as a smaller bill rather than as a payment to you, and there is no way to take it out as cash, because this is a discount on your own subscription and not a financial product. Read the four things below and you know the whole arrangement.

What you earn

Twenty-five per cent of what the person you referred pays Urban Pulse, for twelve months. Not a first-month bonus, and not a rate that steps down after the first few people. If they are on Urban Pulse Pro, you earn a quarter of that bill every month for a year. If they are on Send & Sign Pro, you earn a quarter of that. Refer four people and you have four twelve-month runs going at once, each one counted from that person's own start.

When it starts, and how the credit lands

The clock starts at their first paid invoice, not at the moment they sign up. Somebody who joins and stays on Free earns you nothing yet, and if they move onto a paid plan six months later, that is when your twelve months begins. From then on the credit is applied to your own account. You will see it as a smaller bill on your next invoice rather than as money arriving somewhere, and you keep earning it for as long as you are on a paid plan yourself.

The cap, and when credit comes back off

Two limits, both worth knowing before you make a list. The cap is A$25,000 per person per calendar year, so one very large referral run does not become an open-ended arrangement. The clawback is 90 days: if a payment you earned on reverses inside that window, the credit that came from it comes back off your account. Nothing else is deducted, and nothing is charged to you. You keep earning while you are on a paid plan, and the earning stops if you leave one.

What this is not

It is not cash. There is no payout, no bank transfer and no way to withdraw what you have earned, because it exists as credit against your own bill. It is not an affiliate scheme: there is no tier to reach, no leaderboard, no tracking pixel on somebody else's website and no commission paid to a stranger for traffic. It is not a financial product of any kind. Urban Pulse is an Australian construction platform: site intelligence, town planning, contractor marketplace, Send & Sign, and project management in one workspace. Urban Pulse does not hold or move money on your behalf, here or anywhere else on the platform.

the questions we get

Referring, answered

What do I earn for a referral?

25% of what the person you referred pays Urban Pulse, for twelve months from their first paid invoice, as credit on your own account. There is a single rate for everyone. It arrives as a reduction on your next bill, so what you see is a smaller invoice rather than a payment.

When does the twelve months start?

At their first paid invoice. Signing up does not start it, and neither does a trial of anything: if they sit on Free for six months and then take a paid plan, your twelve months starts on that first paid invoice and runs from there.

Can I take the credit as cash?

No. The reward is credit against your own Urban Pulse account and there is no payout, no transfer and no withdrawal. It reduces what you pay. That is also why this is not a financial product: Urban Pulse holds no money for you and moves none on your behalf.

Is there a limit on what I can earn?

Yes. A$25,000 per person per calendar year. There is also a 90-day clawback: if a payment you earned credit on reverses within 90 days, that credit comes back off your account. You keep earning while you are on a paid plan yourself, and the earning stops if you leave one.

Is this an affiliate programme?

No. There is no tier to climb, no leaderboard, no commission paid to strangers for traffic and no tracking arrangement on anybody else's website. It is a discount on your own subscription for bringing across people you actually work with, and it stops being paid when they stop paying.
